Our 21st Birthday Celebration

I just came back from The Land of Hornbill today. Crashed makcik Bridget's house in Kuching and Sarikei. Indeed a great getaway! Feeling pretty sad to leave though. Don't know when do I get to see this makcik again. Sigh. However, thank you for having me for so long makcik :D I enjoyed my stay veli veli much. Since you provided such good hospitality, mind having me over again next time??? Heheeeee...

I am sorry that this is so belated like my belated birthday celebration. Was pretty busy enjoying my holiday :P By the way, I turned 21 more than a month ago. My cousin Anna turned 21 more than a month ago, too. But heck! We still demanded for a birthday celebration :P Amboi.... mengada betul kan?? I had my real birthday celebration during my real birthday but it was nothing big. It was just a simple dinner among close friends. Read about it here.

At the end of last month November, me and Anna had a combined birthday celebration for the two princesses of the Chong family. Our TWENTY-FIRST birthday party!! Yuppiieeee!!!!! Party guests were just family members. Let me introduce you a formula here.
Aunties+Uncles+Cousins=Full House
Family members from dad's and mum's side if enough to occupy my whole house. Isn't it great to have such big family? You don't have to worry about your guest list. Your party will never be empty *wink wink* ;P

Macaroni cheese prepared by my bro.

What is a BBQ party without lambs and chicken wings, agree not?

Salad. Come come eat healthy.
Tuaran noodles which makcik Bridget LURVES much :DD"Birthday cake" and sushi prepared by cousin Timothy who is currently working in a Japanese restaurant. Awwwww.... SALMON for me *saliva dripping*

My birthday cake by Anna. Heart heart heart so much!!!! HUGGIESSS!!!! WWWWWWWWEeeeeeeee!!!!!
Tidak sampai hati potong the cake okeh!! :(

But what to do leh. What needs to be done, needs to be done. Farewell princess~~ >.<||
My chef-to-be brother
Brenda and Belinda :P
Me and Anna with the girls :)

With the girls
With cousins
Prezzies from everyone
Did you spot the other princess birthday cake in the pics above? Ain't they pretty and gorgeous?? Urgghhh.. I was jumping around in joy when I first saw the birthday cakes. I was so touched with the effort by darling Anna. Thank youuuuuu!!! HUGSSSSSS!!!!

Though a month or two months passed our birthdays, it was a great for us both to get together and throw this party. Officially shouting out to everyone, WE ARE TWENTY ONE ALREADY!!! Don't worry, we are still sweet. Teeheee~~

"You know you are getting old when the candles on the cake outnumber the price of the cake."
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU again Na ;)

P/S: Will blog bout my trip in Sarawak soon, if I am not lazy that is :P Christmas is coming. Weeee!! I LOVE LOVE CHRISTMAS. Jingle bells, jingle bells :P~

Holiday

Helllooooooo :DD

How has life been treating you?? Good? Or not so good? As for those of you who are having you holiday now, I hope you are enjoying every bits of it BECAUSE I AM ENJOYING MINE <(^(oo)^)>

In a blink of an eye, one month passed since I came back from uni for my semester break. More than one month actually, but it feels like it was just yesterday when I finished my last paper hence busy packing my stuff preparing to go back home. Perhaps time passes faster when you are happy and vice versa. This holiday seems to be so short compared the previous holidays.

Right now, I am crashing makcik Bridget's home in the Land of the Hornbills. If failed your Geography subject last time Just in case you bingung bout what I am talking bout, this land where you find lotsa hornbills refers to Sarawak :) Will blog bout this trip when I get back home. Stay tuned owkie! Gotta run now!!! Till next time darlingz :P

Crashing The Land Below the Wind

Aloha! How are you doing there? Me iz enjoying my holiday at home, every minute, every second. Home is always the best place to be where I have my love ones around me. Having these people near simply reminds me how blessed I am to have them in my life. I them :)

To make my holiday better, I had a bunch of visitors crashing my home last week. The makcikz plus two pakcikz stayed here in Kota Kinabalu (KK) for a couple of days. I was their official tour guide during their stay and I believe I make a pretty good one...NOT! Teeheee... *blushing* Nonetheless, I still think we all had fun since we had so many of the ROFLMAO-ing moments everywhere.

Bridget and Gnet came in earlier during the night before the other 3 arrived. They touched down around 11 something and we went for midnight movie 2012 straight from the airport. Cathay Cineplex sucks for starting 15 minutes later then the showtime. So not punctual one!! =.= For the next few days, we just went around to different places - Gaya Street, Tanjung Aru Beach, Sutera Harbour Resort, Shangrila Resort, Labuan, Manukan Island, 1Borneo Hypermall etc etc... Oh ya, how can I forget the Chong's Residence in Kampung Kibabaig. We had our shopping session, lepaking session, water sports session, sunbathing session, walking session and many many more. Check out the photos .

***************************************************************************************
Random photos taken - these are among my favourite shots :D
***************************************************************************************

Gnet brought cupcakes for us all. Uhhh, the cupcakes were yummy. Hugs daling. So sweet of you!!!
Look at those cupcakes. Each cupcakes symbolizes different thing. We have oink oinks (Bridget!!!), spectacles (most of us are blind people who needs glasses), sexy lips (Gnet said it refers to me but I think it suits Julian better), teh-o-panas (Gnet's fav drink), badminton (our recent craziness), STRESS" (Gnet aka Makcik Stress) and last but not least "FRIENDS" (I don't think I need to describe this one :D)

Gaya Street is a must for any non Sabahan. Gnet yang menjadi Korean sesat.

On the ground of Yayasan Sabah / Menara Tun Mustapha. Should have taken the building as the background instead, no?

Inside the ferry on the way to Labuan.

Classic jumping shot with Labuan town view as the background.

Depressing Labuan Museum. As expected, only Connie was interested with the things inside :P

Marine Museum :D
Multiple shot under the hot glaring sun with graifities as background :DD

Sunset view during our journey back to KK from Menumbok after the whole day walking around Labuan.

On the boat on the way to Manukan Island. My third time this year and I am still not bored of it. Ahh... it is so nice to live near the beach/island! :D

Connie's uber reflective sunglassess :D

You gotta admit we are hawt :P
I loike!

Is the sand telling you anything? :P

PEACE!! Classic group photo <3>
Banana boat!!!! This one was super fun!! We went for the ride over and over again for the price of one ride!! Super worth it. That guy was super damn naiseeeee man!!

Inside the water after diterbalikkan :D
Para-sailing... AGAIN!

Snorkeling
Snorkellers. One of the snorkeller took the part time job as cameragirl. Spot the missing one :)
Went to 1Borneo for the uber huge burger in New York New York upon request by Connie.
Check out the size of the burger here. *CLICK*

St. Michael Church - one of the oldest church around here

Ah... I wished I brought them to more places though. Due to my driving skill and time constraint, this is the best I could give :) Me no berani drive far far oh because I don't know the roads oh. Hopefully it was still a fun trip for them all. Come again next time and we will try out other things...many more awaits!!! I will improvise my tour guiding skill by then, hopefully. *^_^*

Anybody else wants to visit this little hometown of mine?? Do you want me to be your tour guide? :P *beaming smile*

Will blog about my birthday celebration soon. Stay tuned :)
