Last year after finishing my study, I was really lucky to land on a job pretty soon. Soon as in it was only around a month after graduating that I started working already. Had my interview and all right after exams and thesis presentation. Considering the high jobless graduate statistics, I do consider myself lucky.
And so, I started working in a company at the end of June. Had great exposure throughout my months of working there before I moved to another company which I believe has more to offer. So yes, I have moved to another organization and I am certainly glad I made that decision. In short, I see a future down the road in the place in the awesome place I am working in now.
Anyway, I was really happy with my bunch of colleagues there really minus that one big superior. Working there, I think I mostly enhanced my computer skills namely the typing, designing worksheets and replying emails in a corporate manner. Of course I did learn from the other things from the too-many-meetings, irrational datelines and etc. Among all things that I learned, I think I finally understood when people talk about nasty superiors. Wouldn't want to elaborate further at the moment, perhaps I might in the future, but she was surely one hell of a boss! Exquisite, I tell you.
I had to leave with short notice due to some circumstances after accepting the offer from my current company. And coincidently (or not), too many staffs have been resigning from this company. Four staffs in the span of 5 months time with 2 staff left with short notice and 2 staff tender resignation on one same day (not mutually exclusive though). So, HR called me up to do some investigation. Bla bla bla. So, I spilled the beans of my own experience there and I was promised that everything said would remain as private and confidential. Surprisingly, this superior found out what was said bout her from HR. Talk about professionalisme here? I had some problem too with the last salary payment but I am just too lazy to go further into that.
At the end of the day, I just lost respect to this company. Definitely happy to be where I am now.
